Observation

During the course of the complaint assessment, licensor was able to see that the barrier fence that seperated the two play ground areas, did have openings near top, greater than 3.5 inches, resulting in a child being able to get their neck scratched, while they tried to put their head through the space between the wood posts of the fence.
